Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped from our Fort Lauderdale, FL warehouse within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays ship the next business day.

U.S. shipping rates

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.
Flat $5.99 standard shipping on U.S. orders under $75.
Expedited shipping available at checkout, rates calculated by carrier and destination.

U.S. delivery times

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days from ship date. Expedited delivery: 2–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and not guaranteed.

International shipping

We ship to most international destinations. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't receive it within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact support@toptier-supplements.com.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but it has not arrived, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, ship a replacement.

Top Tier Supplements is not responsible for packages stolen from a delivery address once tracking confirms successful delivery.
