Orders & Shipping
Order processing, shipping times, tracking, and delivery.
Standard US orders ship within 1 business day and arrive in 3–5 business days. International orders take 7–14 business days depending on country and customs.
Yes. Free standard US shipping on orders over $75. The discount applies automatically at checkout.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also log into your account at any time to view order status and tracking.
Yes, we ship internationally. Duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout where supported. If you don't see your country listed, email us. We may be able to add it.
Reach us within 1 hour of placing the order at hello@toptier-supplements.com and we'll do our best. Once it's been packed for shipping, we can't modify it.
Email us right away with your order number and a photo if it's damaged. We replace lost or damaged orders at no cost. No need to fight with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
How returns work.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Apparel returns require items to be unworn, unwashed, and tagged.
Email hello@toptier-supplements.com with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions within 24 hours.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 days to post the credit.
For US orders we cover return shipping for damaged or wrong-item issues. For preference returns we provide a prepaid label and deduct the cost from your refund.
Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached for a full refund. If there's a defect, send us photos and we'll replace it regardless.

Yes. Every batch. We test for potency, purity, heavy metals, microbiology, and label-claim verification. Certificates of Analysis are linked on every product page.
No. Every Top Tier product lists exact dosages of every active ingredient. If a brand hides their dosing behind a "proprietary blend," they're hiding bad math.
Most of our supplements are vegan and gluten-free; the exceptions (whey protein, collagen) are clearly noted on the product page. Check the label and the FAQ on each product.
Dietary supplements are not approved by the FDA. That's true for every brand. They are however manufactured in cGMP-certified facilities under FDA oversight, and every batch is third-party tested.
Yes. Most products are formulated to stack. We've published recommended stacks under Stacks, or take the Find Your Stack quiz on the homepage.
Pre-workouts and some energy products contain caffeine; specific dosages are on each product page. Recovery, protein, creatine, and most wellness products are caffeine-free.

You can edit, skip, or cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled charge date. After that the order is locked for fulfillment.

Submit an application at /pages/affiliate-program. We review every application personally and respond within 5 business days.
15% base on every sale, with an additional 5% loyalty bonus once your customers come back for round two. 30-day cookie window.
1,000+ followers on at least one platform (IG, TikTok, or YouTube) is the floor. We make exceptions for tightly-niched creators with exceptional engagement. Apply anyway.
Net30 payouts via PayPal or direct deposit. Previous month closes around the 1st, payout lands by end of that month.
Yes. Quarterly stack drops on us, plus early access to new SKUs and apparel before they go public.

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password." We'll email you a reset link within a few minutes. Check spam if it's slow.
No. We never sell or rent customer data. Full details in our privacy policy.
Click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email. You'll be removed within 24 hours.
Yes. Email us at hello@toptier-supplements.com and we'll delete your account and associated data within 7 days, in line with applicable privacy laws.
