Refund policy

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind every product we ship. If you're not satisfied with your first order, you may request a refund within 60 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility

  • First order only. The guarantee applies to the first order placed by a customer (per account, billing address, or shipping address). Subsequent orders are not eligible.
  • One refund per customer. A customer may use this guarantee one time.
  • Contact support first. You must email support@toptier-supplements.com before returning anything. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.
  • Bulk orders not eligible. Orders containing more than five (5) units of a single SKU, or orders flagged as wholesale/reseller, are excluded.

What is refunded

  • Product price only.
  • Original shipping charges are not refunded.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • Refunds are issued either as store credit or to the original payment method, at our discretion, based on order history and product condition.

Opened products

Products marked as opened or used are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a partial refund, store credit, or decline the return if the product shows signs of abuse, contamination, or repackaging.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with photos. We'll send a free replacement at no charge — this is separate from the 60-day guarantee.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@toptier-supplements.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll review and respond within 2 business days with an RMA number and return address.
  3. Ship the product back at your expense, tracked.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Top Tier Supplements reserves the right to refuse refunds that do not meet these terms, or to modify this policy at any time. Customers will be notified of material changes via the website.
